Disappointing restaurant for what it is hyped up to be. I saw their fish and chips was award winning from the Beat Bobby Flay competition and while the fish and chips were decent, the other dishes were quite disappointing. The fish and chips were good but I expected more from an award winning dish. The Chicago made hot honey and pepperoni pizza was probably some of the best tavern style pizza I’ve had with a small exception. The crust was incredible, but the pizza itself was just so oily and greasy. The honey was overpowering and overused, it was basically a sweet dessert pizza with no heat at all. The worst was the Brussels sprouts, which were basically just mouthfuls of grease, almost inedible. My favorite was the market salad, which was light and refreshing. The Burger Wellington was decent, crust (puff pastry) was great, but the inside was a basic burger patty. Overall quite a disappointing meal.

My husband and I had a lovely dinner at The Dearborn. Fantastic service, beautiful ambience, and delicious food. It doesn't get any better... We had the Prosciutto and White Cheddar Croquettes, Fish and Chips, and Stuffed Miller Amish Chicken. All of our dishes were fantastic; very tasty and great portion size. Usually with a higher quality restaurant like this, you need to order a few sides to accompany your mains as the portions are so small. But not this place, which was a nice surprise! For dessert we had the Strawberry ad Rhubarb Trifle. Again - perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and not too heavy. A perfect finish. This is definitely a must-do restaurant if visiting Chicago.

Ventured into the Dearborn on a busy Thursday night after deciding I wanted to try their beef and cocktails and wine. They were fully booked out but had space at the bar which was perfect for me. The bar was full but service was still fast abs friendly. I tried the scotch egg to start, and good lord I would have eaten another - it was amazing. Typical scotch eggs are made with sausage meat, but their spin on it using trout was incredible. The egg was perfect cooked inside, leaving a beautiful runny yolk in the middle that complimented the extremely crispy bread rib coating. Really enjoyed it. Main course I had the beef bavette, and it was absolutely delicious. I haven't had a bavette before, and so didn't realise how much I've been missing out on it!! It was beautiful, flavourful, cooked to perfection and very tender with a nice sear crust. I hoped for an Italian red Cabernet Sauvignon, which paired well and just set experience off. Ended with a cocktail, and I was a very happy patron. If I'm in Chicago again I'm sure I will be back!

Went for Sunday lunch, slightly disappointed they only do brunch on Sundays and not the full menu until after 3m but still found plenty we wanted. The house burger cooked medium was to die for!! One of the best I have had in the US. Truffle and Parmesan fries to die for, albeit too large a portion. Mrs Saksuka was disappointing, just tomato sauce, eggs and feta. At least add some onion, pepper and herbs, maybe some chopped sausage or something. Loads of nice touches having mentioned birthday on the reservation. Service was amazing. Highly recommended

Came in for happy hour before a show and this spot did not disappoint! The space is beautiful and lively, with comfy seating. We got burgers, which were super yummy paired with delicious, generous sides. While the happy hour drink selection was limited, we were happy with our choices! Our server, as well as the rest of the staff, was attentive and jovial. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

We loved The Dearborn! The service was wonderful, the food was spectacular and the vibe was awesome. We sat outside today enjoying the cooler weather. We are from Phoenix so to us it was cool! Highly recommend the Peruvian-style ceviche! Well we recommend all the food, no bad bites for us!

The food was fresh and flavorful, with a good variety of choices on the menu. The portions were just right and everything came out nicely presented. The atmosphere was relaxed, which made it easy to sit and enjoy the meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and the prices felt fair for the quality.
